4 Simple steps to how your kitchen and bathroom can get you into shape

This comes from my daughter Rebecca. She is always trying to do something a little different. I wonder where she gets it from?

Think about how many times a day you walk into your kitchen or bathroom. Here are 4 simple steps to help you get in shape.

1. Every time I go into any bathroom in my house I have to do 10 pushups (I just do them with my hands on the counter so it is quick and easy)

2. Every time I go into the kitchen I have to do 10 reverse lunges on each leg

3. Before I sit on the couch I have to do 20 squats

4. Every time I go into a bedroom I have to stop and do 10 IsoBreathing breaths.

In order to remember at first I used lipstick and wrote “10 pushups” on the mirrors in the bathroom. I put sticky notes on the bedroom doors and a note on the kitchen counter . Now it is just habit and I’ve only been doing it for a week. I have already noticed that I am tightening up and I’ve been pretty sore from the pushups, I never realized how many random things I go into our bathrooms for!

I divided some of the exercises to other rooms in your home. I thought you would like some variety.
