IsoBreathing started as the “Kindergarten” of exercise.  Now, IsoBreathing: The Next Generation will help you take your fitness goals to the next level.  We will help you Get to Fit. Our focus is on fitting fitness into your busy schedule and teaching you how to eat lean and clean.

Michelle D’Ettorre earned her B.S. in Athletic Training from The University of Alabama. She began her career in health and wellness as a Fitness Director for Sport & Health Clubs. Her career with Sport & Health also included Member Services Director and Assistant General Manager. Michelle’s career path has included work with both Health Net and The Health Management Company.

Most recently Michelle has been named Chief Wellness Officer for IsoBreathing, Inc., she is an independent distributor for AdvoCare and she is the founder of Aunt Sasha’s Barked Goods, an all-natural dog treat company she co-owns with her sister. Her focus is promoting a healthy lifestyle. In addition to her degree in Athletic Training, Michelle holds personal training certifications from both ACE and NCCPT.

Ellen Miller is the Creator of the IsoBreathing program and currently resides in Dallas, TX.  She has been teaching fitness and lifestyle changes for over 25 years.

Ellen is a certified fitness practitioner and personal trainer through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).

Ellen has been married since 1978 and has three grown children. She started Body Shaping Inc. when she moved to Louisiana in November of 1994. She then relocated to St. Tammany Parish in June of 1996.

In May of 2004, Body Shaping Inc changed its name to IsoBreathing Inc. She saw a need for an innovative program to satisfy a variety of ability levels. Her program is targeted toward those looking for a non-intimidating, one-on-one atmosphere.

Ellen enjoys teaching lifestyle changes, proper body alignment and safe exercise techniques to avoid injury and sore muscles.
