I have recently been inundated with emails to get rid of belly fat. I truly hope that none of you have purchased these fake products. Here is your reality check. You can’t spot reduce which means getting rid of body fat in one area only. When you are losing weight you are reducing body fat all over your body. When the advertising states that you can get rid of belly fat they are talking about you getting rid of what is in your bowels. When you eliminate what you have in your bowels you will be appearing to flatten your belly but not really getting rid of belly fat. Don’t let the advertising fool you. Even if you take these pills and don’t change the way you are eating the feeling of being bloated and gassy will not go away. Either will your belly fat.
There are a lot of you out there that tend to feel bloated, gassy, constipated and tired. If you were to cut out white flour, white sugar, and wheat for two weeks you will start to feel and see a difference in your belly. When you cut out your white flour and sugar you cut out a lot of your junk foods. You may not realize that you may also have an allergy to wheat. Most don’t realize it. You can try to take all three items out of your diet for two weeks and see how you feel. If it works than that is what was needed. There are also dairy products that can make you feel gassy and bloated. It is amazing to finally feel good and not have a swollen belly. I have spoken to many people about cutting out those few items and many said that they cant do it. They would be cutting out too many of their favorite foods. My question to you is do you want to eat those few items or feel good. Anyone can cut out certain foods for two weeks. Drink your water and fit in some exercise. This will also help you feel fuller and get your intestines working better. This does mean eating healthier. Your fruits and vegetables will now be your filler along with a portion of protein. There are many foods that you can eat. It just depends on how badly do you want to get rid of that bloated feeling, have a flatter tummy and lose a few pounds in the process.
