I just read a write up about IsoBreathing on the above site. I was pleasantly suprised at the positive write up. The only negative items writen about the program was there are no supplementation (vitamins) included. In my newsletters I include that individuals need to be tested by their physician to see what they are delinquent in and then add in those supplements.
I also do not include a free trial. There are plenty of snippets on youtube/isobreathing for individuals to get an idea of what the program is about. IsoBreathing includes isometric exercises, stretches, and slow deep breathing. If you or someone you know is in need of a kindergarten approach to fitness then this is the program for them.
They also talked about me thinking outside the box for the Stretches for Knitters and Crocheters along with my Total Body Relaxation CD’s.
Thank you diet spotlight for the nice write up.
